The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic professional that has excellent working knowledge and a good understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Walmart & Faire and other retail/wholesale platforms. Additional experience with 1P and wholesale is desired.
You will be a strong, diligent, contributing member of a high-volume, fast-paced working environment. You must be very organized, self-motivated and driven to deliver the best possible, every day.
Responsibilities will include:
– Driving the day-to-day management of the company’s accounts on Walmart, Faire and other eCommerce retail/wholesale marketplaces.
– Helping to correctly and accurately enter in any administrative or logistics information to set up new channels or accounts.
– Proactively assisting in the creation of highly optimized product listings.
– Ensuring quality and accuracy of product copy, assets, links and prices on a regular basis.
– Jumping in to help troubleshoot issues through calls and emails as needed.
– Checking and monitoring Inventory and making sure new SKUs are added and sold out ones hidden.
– Checking and monitoring pricing to ensure that we are winning the buy box while maintaining parity with Amazon pricing.
– File and manage cases for general issues that could not be resolved real time.
– Ensuring all orders are being fulfilled on time.
– Have all trackers updated at all times to reflect accurate sales, profits, margins and inventory availability.
– Categorize product portfolio in order to recommend cross sell/upsell, bundle, and group products for features.
– Proactively track coupon code usage/trends and create tracking spreadsheets in Google Sheets as needed.
– Sending notices to unauthorized sellers/file cases to get them off listings.
– Proactively monitoring key metrics on each platform and consolidating them into appropriate trackers for the team.
Requirements / Skills:
– MUST HAVE: Experience working on Walmart marketplace
– MUST HAVE: Experience working on Faire marketplace
– MUST HAVE: Strong Excel skills
– Positive can-do attitude every day to add value to the team.
– Skilled with photo/graphics creation and editing programs like Canva to add headlines and composite images for blog posts so they can be shared on Social Media, leading back to our Shopify store.
– Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Support with an eye on business development and sales in B2B opportunities; knowledge of tactics to target audiences to reach such as schools, realtors, etc.
