ABOUT THE POSITION
As the first hire in our Dispute Resolution Department, you will become absolutely essential to our company. You’ll work closely with our CEO and our Customer Service Manger to effectively resolve customer disputes and respond to chargebacks with our banking partners.

Logistical Requirements:
– Full-Time Availability (40 Hours/Week)
– Fluent, Perfect English
