Chargeback & Data Specialist – Spreadsheet & Detail Master!

For this position, we are looking for someone who can assist us in fighting chargebacks, managing ad comments, managing live chats, and research.

So this person must be highly organized and has an insane amount of attention to detail. You should be the ultimate spreadsheet nerd. In fact, if you show up to your interview with a pocket protector, you’ll probably get bonus points!

Here are the other must haves:

Great Attitude – We have an incredible team environment, and having an unbelievable positive attitude is a must! We have no room for negativity.

Good English skills – All of our chargebacks & chats are in English, so you should have exceptional communication skills, especially written, but spoken will also help get you far.

Technical Skills – Although this is not totally required for this job, it will limit your growth with the company if you don’t have a good set of technical skills.

Attention to detail – I know I already mentioned this, but I just want to make sure you heard it loud and clear. Mistakes can cost us $1,000’s of dollars. To prove you understand, use the name Tom Brady somewhere in your reply.

Good at time management – Aside from chargebacks, you will also handle other tasks and support the team in case anyone needs help. You must be able to juggle tasks within the day without missing even a tiny bit of detail.

Accountable – You will be given a set of tasks that you will be responsible for. Accountability ensures that you take ownership of these tasks while delivering high quality work.

Other Requirements from you:

1. Hours would be 12 PM – 9 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) Monday – Saturday (some flexibility with these hours)
2. Must have a good computer with dual monitors and stable internet connection and data backup
3. Must live in an area where there is little to no power interruption
4. Must have awesome written & spoken English skills
5. Use of time tracking software with screenshots & mouse movements
6. Have a working webcam so you can attend team meetings on Zoom
