Chat Agent for Social Media Modeling Agency

Are you a confident and outgoing individual with excellent verbal and written English skills? Do you have a fun personality and enjoy building relationships with people? If so, we want you to join our team as a Chat Agent for our Social Media Modeling Agency.

In this role, you will be responsible for chatting with the fans of our models building a relationship with them and selling them exclusive content, including photos and videos. You will follow provided scripts and instructions to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

– Communicating with models’ fans through direct messages
– Responding to inquiries from fans in a fun and engaging manner
– Promoting and selling exclusive content to fans
– Maintaining customer relationships and building a loyal fan base
– Tracking and reporting on sales and customer engagement

The ideal candidate will have:

– Proficiency in English at a C1/C2 level
– A working PC/laptop, a quiet working space, and a working microphone
– A stable internet connection
– Above-average typing speed
– Emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with customers and build relationships
– A willingness to learn
– A high level of professionalism

This is a remote position with flexible working hours.

The salary is $2.5 per hour, plus a 2% commission on every sale, with bonuses available for targets and performance.
