You will follow provided scripts and instructions to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

– Communicating with models’ fans through direct messages and comments on social media platforms
– Answering questions and responding to inquiries from fans in a fun and engaging manner
– Promoting and selling content to fans
– Maintaining customer relationships and building a loyal fan base
– Tracking and reporting on sales and customer engagement

The ideal candidate will have:

– Proficiency in English at a C1/C2 level
– A working PC/laptop with good specifications, a quiet working space, and a working microphone
– A stable internet connection and data backup connection
– Above-average typing speed
– Emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with customers and build relationships
– A willingness to learn
– A high level of professionalism
