The Chat Assassin and Social Media Community Manager is responsible for managing our social media group and messaging potential leads from that group.
You will be accepting new members and messaging them according to the SOP we have mapped out for you.
You should be proactive and do daily reports to ensure that any requests or questions of members are being catered.
You should also be able to support our sales team and bring leads to them.
Responsibilities Include:
Following the SOP and be proactive
Engage in conversations and relay leads that needs to be responded to our closers
Reporting daily and weekly stats
Liasing with external team members
About you:
Must have an experience in promoting and marketing strategies
Must have experience appointment setting through chats/DMs/Social media chat platforms
Client Management and Engagement
Social Media Community Management
Strong internet connection of at least 50MBps and above and with backup in case needed
This role is a full-time position that reports directly to the head of sales, while also working closely with other key members of the team.
