Job Offer: Chat Moderator with Excellent English Skills and Experience

We are in search of enthusiastic and creative chat moderators to expand our dynamic customer support team. Our specialized translation software supports you in creating and sending messages swiftly and efficiently, enabling you to provide active and thoughtful support to our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

– Engage with customers in various chat scenarios, utilizing your creativity to deliver informative and supportive interactions.
– Efficiently use our translation software with voice input functionality to quickly generate and send a wide range of messages, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering a positive support environment.
– Employ your excellent English skills and creativity to craft diverse and engaging responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

– Very good to perfect English proficiency in both speech and writing; clear and fluent communication in English is crucial for effective use of the voice input function of our software.
– High creativity and the ability to conduct engaging and supportive dialogues in written form.
– Technical requirements: A reliable laptop or computer and a microphone are necessary for effective utilization of the voice input function of our software.
– Experience in chat moderation, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
– Commitment to sending a substantial volume of messages daily within the timeframe of 16:00 to 02:00 (German Time) / 23:00 to 09:00 (Philippine Time), equating to roughly 7-8 hours of work.

– An attractive salary of $100 per week with timely weekly payouts. Additionally, a monthly bonus of $50 is awarded if the requirement of sending a substantial volume of messages daily is consistently met throughout the month.

Important Notice:

Individuals who are not fluent in English are kindly requested not to apply, as fluency is a prerequisite for this role. Our translation software exclusively uses a voice function, necessitating not only the ability to understand English but also to articulate it clearly and accurately.
