Your Responsibilities:
– Engage with customers in various chat scenarios, utilizing your creativity to deliver informative and supportive interactions.
– Efficiently use our translation software with voice input functionality to quickly generate and send a wide range of messages, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering a positive support environment.
– Employ your excellent English skills and creativity to craft diverse and engaging responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
– Very good to perfect English proficiency in both speech and writing; clear and fluent communication in English is crucial for effective use of the voice input function of our software.
– High creativity and the ability to conduct engaging and supportive dialogues in written form.
– Technical requirements: A reliable laptop or computer and a microphone are necessary for effective utilization of the voice input function of our software.
– Experience in chat moderation, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
– Commitment to sending a substantial volume of messages daily within the timeframe of 16:00 to 02:00 (German Time) / 23:00 to 09:00 (Philippine Time), equating to roughly 7-8 hours of work.

– An attractive salary of $100 per week with timely weekly payouts. Additionally, a monthly bonus of $50 is awarded if the requirement of sending a substantial volume of messages daily is consistently met throughout the month.
