We are seeking a dynamic Chat Specialist to join our team. As a Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through chat platforms, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. Your role will also involve building rapport with customers, managing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
-Chatting with Customers: Engage with customers via chat platforms, responding promptly to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
-Upselling to Customers: Utilize sales techniques to identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance the customer’s experience and increase sales revenue.
-Building Rapport and Managing Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
-Reporting: Compile and send daily reports to the team manager, summarizing chat interactions, sales performance, customer feedback, and any notable developments.
-Additional Duties
Qualifications:
-Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in using chat platforms and comfortable with technology.
-Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
Starting rate: $3/hr + 4% commission
