In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat channels promptly.
* Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing solutions.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
* Strong and stable internet connection.
* Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to engage in meaningful conversations and build rapport with customers.
* Competency in using a computer and basic software applications.
* Creative ‘out-of-the-box’ thinker
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are a plus:
* Previous customer service or chat support experience.
* Familiarity with chat support tools and software.
