REQUIREMENTS:
– Strong English skills are required, C1-C2 is preferred
– Fast internet connection
– Creativity, captivating conversational skills and talent to sell
– Ability to work 7 days a week – 8 hours a day (days off are given upon request)
– Being a social, outgoing person helps greatly, probably not a great fit for a shy individual
JOB:
– Reply to people daily, have conversations, and upsells content to them
– Understands how the platform works, know how to identify potential buyers
– The more experience and understanding you have with the platform/job the better
PAY:
– Starting at $3/hour. Increased to $6/hour + 1% sales incentive after training
– Part-time to start, 2-3 4 hours shifts, then full-time once competent, aka 8 hours a day 7 days a week with days off on request
TRAINING:
– We have a full course you’ll be going through, including video and text/pictures/examples
– After the training there will be a test we will go through together
– Once complete you will be on a live account working with me
– Once I see you are competent, we will increase your rate
– This process should take, at the very most a week, but ideally 3-5 days
HOURS:
– 7 Days a week
– 8 Hour a day
– Ability to be flexible with working hours is a huge plus
