We’re looking for an assistant to help us manage our Clients social media profile – chat with the customers and sell them products in chat, things like smalltalk/deep-talks are also necessary. The main role would be a quality controlling of all ongoing chats and regular reports to the admin team
What we expect from you is that you are a hard worker who likes learning and is able to learn new things fast! Required:
– Excellent English (C1+)
– INSANE work ethic. We’re looking for someone who is able to work 7 days a week (8hours a day)
– Very eager and and able to process a lot of complex info
– Very eager and able to quickly implement newly learned skills
– The ability to empathize with others and has excellent interpersonal skills
– Being a Teamplayer, working together in the team is very important
The shift would be flexible since your role is not only chat support, it will be quality control of other employees
