Chatbot Project Manager

BotBuilders builds world class automated chatbots and education for business owners and entrepreneurs using ManyChat and AI tools. We’re a two-time Inc 5000 winning company and only getting bigger and better! Although we are based in the United States, we currently have a team of 17 people in the Philippines. We are a close team and treat all our employees like family!

We are currently looking for 1 lucky person to join our team as a chatbot Project Manager. As a Project Manger, you’ll be overseeing the construction of multiple chatbots for clients in every industry imaginable. (Which will keep things fresh!)

Our agency is fairly new, so there’s LOTS of room for growth and upward mobility in the company. We’re looking for someone who wants to stick around, and can grow with us.

Ideally this person will have experience managing multiple clients at once, as well as VERY strong communication skills as well as a fundamental understanding of how Chatbots work. Specifically chatbots built on the ManyChat platform.

Other Requirements from you:

1. Must have IMPECCABLE written & spoken English skills
2. A solid understanding of the ManyChat platform, along with the standard capabilities of chatbots and how they can help businesses grow
3. Any integrations experience you might have with Zapier / WebHooks / API integrations is a BIG plus
4. Hours would be 9 AM – 6 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) M-F
5. Must have a good computer with stable internet connection and data backup
6. Use of time tracking software with screenshots & mouse movements
7. Have a working webcam so you can attend team meetings on Zoom
