Position Overview
AMPALT is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chatbot Marketing Strategist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be a standout performer with a comprehensive understanding of chatbot technology, particularly ManyChat, backed by a solid track record of developing and scaling chatbot marketing campaigns for eCommerce brands. This role is centered around creating personalized, compelling chatbot experiences that enhance conversions, foster customer loyalty, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
– Strategy Development: Develop and implement intricate ManyChat chatbot marketing strategies that align with client objectives and brand identities. These strategies should seamlessly blend into the clients’ overarching digital marketing strategies to maximize return on investment.
– Chatbot Campaign Management: Plan, initiate, and manage chatbot campaigns across various platforms, focusing on enhancing user engagement, lead generation, and sales.
– Performance Analysis: Consistently monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics, using insights to refine and elevate campaigns. Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
– Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to deeply understand their business needs, market dynamics, and customer profiles. Provide expert advice on chatbot marketing strategies that align with their goals.
– Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of the latest trends in chatbot technology, eCommerce marketing, and consumer behavior. Introduce and implement new features, integrations, and approaches to keep AMPALT’s chatbot solutions at the forefront of the industry.
– Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with developers, strategists, and account managers to ensure the seamless implementation and optimization of chatbot strategies. Promote a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement within the AMPALT team.
– Training and Leadership: Offer training and guidance to team members on best practices for ManyChat and chatbot marketing. Exhibit leadership as a high-caliber professional in the field.
Qualifications
– Proven Experience: 3 years of robust experience in digital marketing, with a special focus on chatbot strategy and implementation for eCommerce brands. Experience with ManyChat is crucial.
– Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Manychat, Make or Zapier CRM systems, eCommerce platforms like Shopify, and marketing automation tools is a huge PLUS
– Analytical Skills: Skilled in analyzing data, deriving insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
– Creative Thinking: Outstanding ability to create engaging, persuasive chatbot conversations that drive user action.
– Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to clearly present strategies and insights to clients and team members.
– Leadership Qualities: Proven leadership skills, with a track record of guiding teams to achieve remarkable results.
– Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and adapting strategies based on changing market trends and client needs.
