Chatter

We are seeking a 2 customer service chatters to virtually interact with customers from on this account 16 hours per day (8 hours each. We are going to start chatter 1 first on the night shift (aprx 5pm to 12pm EST/ AKA 1700 to 2400 hours), full time and as we get more income chatter 2 will take over during the dayshift and you will work together. As a temporary measure we need someone on this account for a full week, however we obviously need to work in a day off or two for you if you wish so you do not get overworked and burnt out.

Clients are most active on weekdays during the evenings and especially on weekends, so that will be this positions main operating hours, please make sure this aligns with your lifestyle.

This is a base hourly wage of $3 per hour + 5% commission on all gross sales. The client is top 4%.

If you have screenshots of your past chat conversations with clients, please feel free to send those over.

Responsibilities:

-Engaging with customers in a NORMAL tone of voice not to sounds like a spammer.
-Making sales using the sales script (with some improvisation required)
-Building lasting relationships
-Remembering client details (we will have software to help you track notes)

To qualify, you must have excellent English reading and writing skills.

If you are not able to consistently sound like a near native English speaker please do not apply. We have had applicates in the past have someone who is excellent at English apply, but during onboarding and while training your chatting with clients it will be obvious that you do not, resulting in termination so please just reply from your own skillset to save us both time!

You must have a good or great internet. We are aware some countries have some internet outage problems, which is understandable but you need an overall solid, stable connection to perform the job since it will require loading files remotely.

Experience is not required, but it is preferred. Professionalism and a strong work ethic are necessary.
