Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Chat Representative, you will be the frontline of our customer interaction, ensuring that every chat is handled with empathy, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Your primary role will be to engage with customers on a personal level, addressing their queries, providing support, and identifying opportunities to upsell our products where relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide top-notch customer service via chat, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with a personal touch.
– Understand customer needs and recommend products that add value to their experience.
– Work towards sales targets by effectively upselling products during support conversations.
– Maintain a deep understanding of our products and offerings to provide accurate information.
– Collaborate with the team to share insights and improve customer support practices.

Requirements:

– Excellent written communication skills with a flair for engaging customers.
– Proven experience in customer service or sales, particularly in a chat-based environment.
– Ability to empathize with customers and a strong desire to help resolve their issues.
– Sales-oriented mindset, with the skill to recognize and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
– Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
