Who we are:
Our Agency was founded in 2021.
We are a fast growing Management Agency, working with influencers from all around the world and handling their customers. We are an established Agency in the chatting business and are based in Germany.
Our Agency is like a family and a good place to work, the relationship in the team and to the management is very familiar and there is a lot of trust.

Fans write chat messages to these fictional influencers on a subscription platform. Your job is to answer them and make conversation as if you were the character of the influencer.
When you know what this job offer really is about, who to actually chat with, and you have experience in the field write “banana” at the top of your application. Experience is not required but always good.

How would your first will look like:
In the first 2-3 days I show you how the work is done. You will learn about our principles.
We have excel sheets for you, so you can repeat everything at any time. Also we are producing a video course right now! Should be available by the time you start.

We need someone that works 8h every day, later more. If you can only work 6days per week you can also apply.
Your (first) working shift would be 8pm till 3am (us, UTC – 6, EST). Later you can do other shifts too.

Starting in the first days with 2$/hour because you will only watch, but as soon as you start it goes up!
This will increase to 2,5$ or 3$ and as soon as you work by your own you will get commission too!
Good work will be rewarded always in our company.
We will do daily checkups. You will become an expert in this work.
There isn’t an income limit for you because this will be performance based.

Requirements
-Reliability, trust and loyalty are the most important qualities that must be present from the beginning.
– Fluent level of English, you have to be VERY good! Be able to send engaging messages & keep conversation flowing. Build rapport with our clients
– High-speed internet connection
– Laptop/Computer
– Proactiveness, communication and copywriting skills and motivation
– Focus!!! full concentration & fast response time
– being familiar with scripts. Be able to sell a lot content per shift
– emotional intelligence for objection and situation handling.
-Open-minded and non-judgmental attitude
-Ability to adapt to the character’s persona
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
-Previous experience can be helpful but is not required
-Follow our instructions!
– happy and you have to be an action taker!
