Responsibilities:
– Master the art of the ad: Write high-converting copy for Facebook and YouTube ads.
– Dream up and draft compelling new angles & hooks tailored for affiliate offers
– Lead, inspire, and work with a team of editors to produce top-notch content.
– Dive into user-generated content: Craft persuasive UGC scripts for creatives.
– Stay updated: Keep your pulse on the latest trends in direct response marketing.
Requirements:
– Leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit.
– Familiarity with Facebook and YouTube ad platforms, specifically affiliate style ads
– A track record of successful direct response campaigns.
– Proven experience with affiliate offers.
– Outstanding direct response copywriting skills.
Work Hours & Compensation:
Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 10 am EST to 6 pm EST. However we are open to giving the right person the opportunity to work during Philippine time zone hours 8am – 4pm. We believe in rewarding excellence and creativity. Thus, apart from a competitive base salary, you will also receive a commission for EVERY winning ad copy/script you produce. Base salary starting at $1k USD per month plus % of profits made per winning campaign. With your dedication and our bonus structure in place, the potential to earn is boundless!
$0 – $50,000 = 1%
$50,001 – $100,000 = 2%
$100,001 – $250,000 = 3%
$250,000+ = 5%
