Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for SEO Agency

We are seeking a visionary and experienced CEO to lead our SEO agency based in the United States. As the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan in alignment with the vision and goals of the agency
Lead and manage the team of professionals to achieve company objectives
Monitor and analyze the company’s financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of the agency
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Ensure the quality of services delivered to clients meet or exceed their expectations
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in SEO to ensure the agency is ahead of the competition
Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives
Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors on the company’s performance and progress towards achieving objectives
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the agency
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a digital marketing or SEO agency
Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a similar role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong business acumen and ability to make sound decisions based on data and analysis
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques
Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
