Job Description
LeadOrigin is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the organization’s financial stability and success.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s growth and profitability
• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage financial risk and implement controls to ensure the organization’s financial security
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for cost savings and increased efficiency
• Provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team
• Stay informed of changes in the financial industry and regulations, and make recommendations for necessary changes
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles
• Experience in digital marketing and advertising industries a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethics
