Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with Inventory Management Experience

A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. They are often in charge of tracking cash flow, analyzing strengths/weaknesses in the company’s finances and overseeing all aspects of its financial success.

The CFO we’re looking for must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. The ideal candidate should be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under his command. Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. May require Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials.

Job Responsibilities

– Drive the company’s financial planning
– Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
– Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
– Monitoring inventory transactions
– Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger
– Preparing monthly journal entries as needed
– Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances
– Assisting in the improvement of internal controls related to inventory
– Verifying accurate standard costs
– Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
– Examine the levels of supplies and raw materials to determine shortages.
– Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
– Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
– Special projects as required

Job Requirements

– Degree in Accounting
– Certified Public Accountant
– Quickbooks Certified
– Inventory Management experience (must have)
– Preferably with Ecommerce experience
– Excellent English skills
– Detail oriented
– Needs to be tech-savvy
– Self-driven and problem-solver
– Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines
– Plus if has an experience with SAP Business One
