With a strong presence in various marketplaces, we are now focusing strongly on directing our business and revenue streams towards our own sales and website presence, including several sister brands treated as startup brands. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing efforts and drive our expansion strategy, delivering both immediate and long-term results. Our focus extends to both B2B and B2C markets.

Job Description:
Position Overview:
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for our company and its sister brands. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team, both for B2B and B2C segments, to drive growth, increase brand visibility, and deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including market expansion, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
2. Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a 2-4 person marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
3. Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing, ensuring optimal ROI.
4. Website Management: Manage website updates, including adding products, changing and updating pictures, and updating pricing.
5. Content Creation: Oversee content creation, including blogs, SEO, PPC, and social media efforts. Ensure general graphic design needs are met to support content across various platforms.
6. KPI and Goal Orientation: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and align marketing efforts with business goals.
7. Retail Department: Collaborate with the Retail Department to gain insights into the fashion industry, identify upcoming season’s trends, and differentiate the company from competitors.
8. Social Media: Establish and maintain a strong social media presence, promoting specials, launching new products, and creating engaging contests to interact with customers. Provide coupons and generate regular content.
9. Actual Listings: Keep up with trends by updating product listings, enhancing Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and improving online listing sections for all products (150+).
10. Wholesale Department: Develop strategies for online promotion and follower growth, create compelling offers for store owners, and produce value-driven marketing materials. Oversee online ads, product additions, and pricing adjustments based on market trends. Contribute to branding efforts.

Qualifications:
– Proven track record of successful marketing leadership, ideally in the e-commerce or bedding industry.
– Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
– Experience building and leading marketing teams.
– Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Results-driven and strategic thinker.

– Previous experience in e-commerce or related industries is a plus.
