– Have extensive knowledge of marketing concepts, including conversion rates, creatives, advertorials, and the full marketing picture

– Have 2+ years of experience with Facebook Ads (no other ad platform expertise required)
– Willing to commit to a long-term job position of at least 5+ years
– Possess a good computer and a stable internet connection
– Extremely ambitious and driven

Working Hours and Time Availability:
We require an availability of 250+ working hours per month, 7 days a week. However, one day per week will be part-time (2-4 hours), which will be your “off” day to check and turn off a few ads, essentially just maintaining them.
The Company:
We are a fully remote company based in Italy with over 15 employees. One-third of our team lives in Italy, and the remaining two-thirds are in the Philippines. We have a warehouse in Italy that is entirely managed by a logistic center, and we run an inventory-based model (we do not drop ship). Our primary focus is on providing a wide range of products, excellent customer service, and fast shipping, with the majority of our orders paid on delivery (currently 95% are COD).
Our goal is to make the purchase of any product accessible to everyone, with any payment method, especially cash on delivery.

The Job:
As a CMO, you will be responsible for:
– Managing our Facebook ads (high-level expertise is required)
– Managing our Google and TikTok ads as well (previous experience not required)
– Managing the ideation of all our ads across all ad platforms (not the creation, just the ideation)
– Managing the entire funnel ideation and execution, including testing new landing pages to improve conversion rates, testing new angles, and testing advertorials
– Anything that can yield a higher return on our ad spend.
