Wage:
The wage will be made up of a predetermined hourly wage plus a profit share.
Even though this will be discussed in further depth in the following phase, you may expect a salary ranging from 4000 USD per month to 10000 USD per month (with acceptable KPI achievement).
(Please note>The large wage range is purely determined by the profit share, which is planned to be exponential, as are our earnings, with a greater blended roas. Essentially, they agree with us completely)

-Available to work 7 days a week and 250+ hours per month. Please refer to “Working hours and Time availability” to see all the details.
-Really looking for a long-term job position
-A minimum of two years of experience with Facebook ads in the field of e-commerce are necessary.
-A vast knowledge of the whole marketing picture, including conversion rate, creatives, advertorials, etc is required…we don’t need someone who will just manage our ads!

-Not involved with any other brand or project, we are looking for someone that can fully commit to us
The Job:
As a Marketing Director, you will be taking care of:
-Managing our Facebook ads(high level knowledge is required)
-Managing our google and tiktok ads as well(here we do not require previous experience)
-Managing the ideation of all our ads across all ad platforms(not the creation, just the ideation as have enough people covering that part)
-Managing the whole funnel ideation and also execution, including testing new landing pages to improve CR, testing new angles, testing advertorials, etc…., so anything that can yield a higher return on our ad spend.
These are the main core points that you will be in charge of, however, we might add a few more things in the future if there is the need to.
Note: further explanation will be given in the next step of the hiring process, but to make it simple, I, the founder, am searching for someone that can really help me grow this business and handle everything regarding marketing, while I can focus on ops, hr, and other aspects, which is my biggest strength!
Working hours and Time availability:
We require 250+ working hours per month with availability of 7 days per week; 1 day per week will be just a part-time day(2-4 hours). It will be a sort of “off” day where you just need to check and turn off a few ads, so just maintain.

1/3 of them living in Italy, and the other 2/3 in the Philippines.
Our warehouse is located in Italy and is entirely managed by a logistics center. Since we do not drop ship, we run an inventory-based model.
Our main goal and edge over the competition is to become the largest COD e-commerce in the world, and that’s why currently 95% of orders are COD). We also want to make the purchase of any product accessible to everyone, providing a vast range in our catalog of products, incredible customer service and fast shippings.
