Chief Marketing Officer – Full Stack Facebook ADS Experience Needed

-Not associated with any other brand/project; we are only looking for someone who will be completely dedicated to us.

-At least 2 years of competence in FACEBOOK ADS in the E-COMMERCE area is required.

-Deep experience and expertise of the entire marketing picture, conversion rate, creatives, advertorials, and so on…

We are not looking for someone to just handle our advertisements!

-Perfect English is essential.

Job time and time availability:

We demand 7 days per week availability and around 200-250 working hours per month; however, one day per week will be a part-time day (2-4 hours). That will be your “off” day, and all you will need to do is check and turn off a few advertising, essentially simply maintain.

Why do we require his complete availability? Since, especially at the start, there will be a lot to set up, but as time goes on and there is less to do, or when we employ someone to help you (for example, a media buyer), we may gradually reduce the working hours. Nonetheless, we simply want to make it obvious that we are looking for someone who genuinely cares about his or her work.

The Industry:

We are a 100% remote firm with around 15 employees situated in Italy.
Our crew is made up of one-third Italians and two-thirds Filipinos.
Our warehouse is in Italy and is totally handled by a logistic center; we do not drop ship and instead operate on an inventory basis.
The bulk of our purchases are paid on delivery rather than online (currently 95% of transactions are COD), which is our primary emphasis and competitive advantage.

Our ambition is to become the world’s largest COD e-commerce company. And to make the purchase of any commodity available to everyone, using any payment option, particularly cash on delivery. All while offering a diverse product line, outstanding customer service, and quick shipment.

The Role:

You will be in charge of the following as a CMO:

-Managing our Facebook advertisements (high level expertise is required)
-Overseeing our Google and Tiktok advertisements (in this case we do not require any previous experience or expertise)
-Overseeing the creation of all of our advertisements across all ad platforms (not the creation, just the ideation as we have 4 full time graphic designers executing, and we will hire a video editor as soon as we need him)
-Managing the whole funnel ideation and execution, including anything related to increasing profitability for our best sellers, testing different landing pages to enhance CR, trying new angles, testing advertorials, etc….basically everything that will provide a greater return on our ad spend.

These are the primary basic items for which you will be responsible; however, we may add a few additional things in the future if necessary.

Note: a more detailed explanation will be provided in the next step of the hiring process, but to put it simply, I, the founder, am looking for someone who can really help grow this business and handle everything marketing-related, so that I can focus on ops, hr, and the rest, which is my strongest suit.

Remuneration:

The remuneration will be made up of a predetermined hourly wage plus a profit share.
Even though this will be discussed in further depth in the following phase, you may expect a salary ranging from 4000 USD per month to 10000 USD per month (with acceptable KPI achievement).
(Please note>The large wage range is purely determined by the profit share, which is planned to be exponential, as are our earnings, with a greater blended roas. Essentially, they agree with us completely)
