Chief Of Operations (COO) for Ecom Brand

We’re a young performance-focused e-commerce brand that is gaining momentum and looking for an EXPERIENCED Operation Manager who will help take us to the next level by turning our hectic business into a smooth well-oiled machine as THE COO – Chief Of Operations.

We are offering:
– 100.000 PHP/mo (higher or lower, subject to your experience level) that can increase as the company and responsibilities grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– keep track of performance
– Structuring the company
– Building, training, and leading teams
– General HR tasks
– assist with weekly payroll
– build company culture
– Create training materials and SOPs
– monitor working time and work quality (KPIs)
– Maintain employee’s performance and coach them.

REQUIREMENTS

– STRONG experience with Business Operations
– prior experience with structuring, training, and managing teams from scratch.
– prior experience in human resources (HR) needed
– Confident and able to communicate opinion.
– Strong English communication skills
– Able to make decisions that are in the company’s best interest
– Able to solve problems and critical thinking
– Computer savvy, experience with using all of the most uses online tools (dropbox, google sheets, notion, project management softwares, etc.)
– Exceptional organized
– self-reliance and a desire to work in a high energy, fast growing organization
