Chief of Staff

We appreciate your interest in the Chief of Staff position supporting Rebecca P. Beliard, Esq. Rebecca leads multiple ventures, including RPB Law, PLLC, and RPB Consulting, LLC, and will soon launch a legal tech start-up. We’re seeking a proactive individual with strong analytical and critical thinking skills capable of independently tackling challenges.

Our ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and possesses at least two years of experience in streamlining operations and workflow and providing comprehensive administrative support to executives and lawyers. Preference is given to candidates with experience in startup environments and law firms, where adaptability and creativity are crucial.

This position requires dedication and a strong work ethic to efficiently support our daily operations and contribute to our ongoing growth initiatives. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and adapt quickly to changes is essential. As a reward for your commitment and efforts, after completing six months in the role, you will become eligible for a benefits package and work perks. Initially, we ask for a minimum commitment of 25- 30 hours per week, with the flexibility to accommodate additional hours as required by the demands of the role.

Chief of Staff Job Responsibilities

Administrative Skills: Proficiency in various administrative tasks crucial for the seamless operation of consulting and law firm businesses, including experience with Outlook and other project management tools.

Operations: Minimum 2 years of experience in setting up, implementing, and maintaining robust systems to enhance workflow efficiency.

Client Communication: Clear and professional communication with clients, including timely response to email inquiries, updating client repositories, and ensuring preparedness for meetings.

Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills: A critical thinker who proactively anticipates the needs of the managing partner and team, consistently seeking ways to improve systems and implement more efficient workflows. We value independence and self-sufficiency, preferring candidates who can navigate tasks and solve problems independently.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt and undertake new tasks as required, showcasing flexibility to meet the dynamic needs of the business and providing support to the CEO, who is a business, entertainment, and trademark lawyer, as well as a professional speaker and content creator.

CRM Expertise: Efficient management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to organize and optimize client interactions.

SOP Development: Experience in creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using provided training materials to ensure operational efficiency.

Lead Generation: Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn for lead generation, particularly targeting universities and corporations to promote services.

Website Maintenance and SEO Implementation: Proficient in assisting the implementation of SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive sales for services, and updating the company’s website accordingly.

Schedule and Logistics Coordination: Ability to coordinate meeting schedules using scheduling tools and provide event coordination assistance. Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Strong skills in providing support for managing logistics and coordination of speaking engagements.
