Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., HubSpot) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency, impact, and alignment with company goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Workflow Optimization:
• Implement systems and processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Streamline day-to-day tasks, task management, and reminders.
• Facilitate contract fulfillment and update client information.

2. Communication Management:
• Handle email management, including setting up meetings with new inquiries.
• Organize email requests categorically based on urgency and relevance.
• Efficiently manage phone calls, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.

3. CRM Management:
• Effectively manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate client data and timely follow-ups.

4. Additional Tasks:
• Book travel and accommodations.
• Conduct market research.
• Update portfolios and reach out to clients for more information.

5. Sensitivity and Client Handling:
• Handle highly sensitive clients with discretion and empathy.
• Prioritize confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information stored in the CRM.
