The Girlfriend Doctor (TGFD) brand is seeking a full-time, experienced City Leader / Chief of Staff to join our remote team in the USA.
The right candidate will have successfully worked for an e-commerce product marketing team in one of the following markets/industry verticals: nutritional supplements, beauty, skincare, sexual health, women’s health, influencer marketing, or general health and wellness products. Priority will be given to those candidates who have successfully scaled a scrappy, hands-on startup marketing team in support of ambitious, measurable, profitable goals.
Our fast-growing brand and premium product line continues to bring our brand to life, we want to continue to establish Dr. Anna as a trusted voice and advocate in menopause, hormone treatment options, and sexual health. She really is “The Girlfriend Doctor” – The first call for a woman who has questions she would only ask her best girlfriend… if her girlfriend were a triple-board-certified OB-GYN.
The City Leader / Chief of Staff is a key leadership position for The Girlfriend Doctor (TGFD).

The ideal candidate has 3+ years managing international workforces in the Philippines and United States for multinational companies and is adept at hiring, onboarding and managing teams, including coaching for performance and adherence to team protocols.
As the City Leader / Chief of Staff, you will be a trusted advisor to our CEO / COO, and will serve as a coach and leader to our growing team.
You will be responsible for installing performance metrics and systems across the company, monitoring for compliance, holding team members accountable for job performance, coaching them to success, and terminating when success together is not possible.
The ideal candidate will:
** Have at least 3+ years HR management experience: hiring/recruiting, managing, performance reviews and terminating team members and supporting the CEO in making strategic, executive decisions with personnel.
** Have strong team management and coaching skills, to include active listening that allows for balancing the goals of the company with the needs of team members to find win-win solutions
** Be an expert in project management and online tools for managing a remote workforce
** Possess strong attention to detail, time management skills, and excellent team working skills
** Be comfortable in gDrive, spreadsheets and documents, to both maintain data, compile data, and review data for key learnings that impact company growth
** Have experience working in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines & high accountability. Excellent leadership skills are a MUST.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
** Working closely with our CEO / COO to determine hiring needs, supporting hiring and onboarding, and minimizing turnover within the team
** Managing the onboarding of new team members, including working with leaders across the organization to build onboarding plans, structure workflows in our project management system, and
** Managing all human resource needs, including payroll, team reimbursements (like generators, health insurance, and internet), and paid time off.
** Managing weekly team meetings and 1:1s with team members to manage upcoming workload + scheduling, coaching on performance, and ensuring compliance with our team protocols
** Collaborate with CEO to determine when it’s time to hire new team members, and promote or transfer team members to new roles
** Oversee performance reviews, corrective action / performance planning, and termination of team members
** Attending Weekly Team Meetings; Conducting 1:1 meetings with Leaders and Team Members, weekly 1:1 meeting with the CEO
Experience & Skills required:
** At least 3 years of HR / City Leadership experience is required, to include managing hiring / firing, performance planning, leadership, team building, and payroll
** A marketing / eComm background is a huge plus
** Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom
** Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
** Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing, and excellent presentation skills
Tech Requirements:
** Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8GB RAM
** Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Work schedule: Monday – Friday 3 am – 12 pm CST // 5pm – 2am PH Time.
Salary Range: Php 60,000 – Php90,000 monthly, DOE.
