Job Description

The Job
Work directly with the CEO on a number of high leverage initiatives across all
Portfolio companies and within the overall HoldCo development. This is a remote full-time position.

Who You Are
You’re a structured and driven individual that excels working on multiple projects simultaneously. With minimal direction, you can effectively tackle both big and small initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Lead multiple projects at the CEO’s discretion
Make executive decisions for the organization
Manage a number of processes including HR, payroll, and review cycles
Streamline operations and implement efficient workflows

Example projects:
Run an internal planning cycle
Own an initiative like selling a portfolio company
Designing financial models for future acquisitions
Run marketing experiments to validate demand for a new business idea

Ideal candidate
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a highly operational role
Agree for a minimum 12-month commitment
Availability for 1-1 meetings with the CEO during CET work hours
