Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chief of staff / Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role requires exceptional multitask, communication, leadership and administrative skills to be a leader of our entire VA team. You will be in charge of hiring, managing and building our whole VA team for the company. You need to be an excellent self starter and take a proactive approach to supporting the CEO in day-to-day operations. Duties:
– Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
– Conduct research and compile data for various reports and presentations
– Coordinate and organize company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
– Serve as a personal assistant to the CEO, handling personal tasks
– Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates
– Transcribe meeting minutes and maintain accurate records
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
– build, lead and manage the company’s team of VAs.
– you will be second in command to the CEO.

Requirements:
– Proficiency in Outlook Calendar, Google Suite, and other relevant software
– Experience in event planning and coordination
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, google suite, photo/ video editing
Leadership experience
– Proven administrative experience or related field

This will start as trial part time position, expect to be full time if you pass the initial trial period. As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to work closely with top-level management and contribute to the success of our organization.
