We are currently seeking an exceptional Operations Manager who embodies these qualities to join us as our Chief of Staff. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our continued growth and success.

As the Chief of Staff, you will be a trusted advisor to the CEO, acting as the front-line “cheerleader” for the company’s goals. You will be responsible for ensuring team members are held accountable for job performance, coaching them to success, ensuring adherence to company protocols, and making tough decisions, including terminations, when necessary.

It offers a long-term career opportunity with the possibility of a 13th-month bonus and benefits after 90 days of successful performance. To ensure our mutual success, we require an exclusive commitment without outside projects, clients, freelancing, or part-time jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the CEO to determine hiring needs, maintain a candidate pool, and minimize turnover within the team.
Manage the project management framework, including activating monthly tasks, monitoring deadlines, and supporting team members with project and task tracking.
Monitor company cash flow to ensure proper payroll management.
Oversee all human resource needs, including payroll, team reimbursements, and paid time off.
Conduct weekly team meetings and 1:1 sessions to manage workload, coach performance, and ensure compliance with protocols.
Collaborate with the CEO to identify when new team members need to be hired or existing members need promotion or role transfers.
Lead performance reviews, corrective actions, and terminations.
Develop an administrative team as the company expands to support the responsibilities of the Leadership Team.
Attend weekly team meetings and conduct 1:1 meetings with team members and the CEO.

Requirements:
Strong background in REAL ESTATE and customer service, including managing Real Estate companies and agents.
Experience leading coordinators in diverse settings, from small shops to large mortgage companies and corporations.
Minimum of 3+ years of HR management experience, including hiring/recruiting, managing, conducting performance reviews, and terminating team members.
Expertise in the Project Management tool ClickUp, with the ability to optimize functionality, create projects, and manage team members within the platform.
Excellent team management and coaching skills, with a focus on active listening and finding win-win solutions.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and leadership skills, with experience in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines and high accountability.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with Lean Six Sigma methodology experience considered a plus.
Proficient typing speed (ideally 45+ WPM) and familiarity with G Suite tools, including Google Drive, spreadsheets, and documents.
Familiarity with various technologies and tools, including ClickUp (expert level), loan operating systems (e.g., Calaxy or Lending Path), transaction management software (e.g., Lonewolf Zipform), time tracking systems (e.g., Time Doctor), and Slack.

Compensation: PHP 80,000 – PHP 90,000 per month for full-time hours, with performance-based incentives and ample opportunities for growth within the company, based on your experience.
