Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory & Independent Decision-Making: Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, providing insights and making independent decisions aligned with the company’s strategy.
E-Commerce Operations Management: Oversee e-commerce operations, ensuring efficiency and aligning them with business objectives.
HR Management & Systems Development: Manage all HR-related functions, including developing and refining HR systems, processes, and documentation.
Project Leadership & Process Creation: Spearhead and manage e-commerce projects, focusing on creating and documenting effective processes.
