As we build our foundation, we seek a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join us as a Co-Founder. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to dive deep into the startup environment and lead our operational strategies to success.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design, implement, and oversee the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of our organization’s mission.
– Manage the end-to-end process of recruiting and staffing, ensuring the deployment of qualified virtual assistants to meet client demands.
– Collaborate closely with the CEO to scale the business, focusing on strategic planning and significant decision-making.
– Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
– Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a COO role or similar leadership positions within startup environments, preferably in the EA Recruiting/Staffing or similar industry.
– Demonstrable history of successful operations management in companies known for outstanding service delivery (experience with firms like Athena, Shepherd, or similar is highly advantageous).
– Strong understanding of the operational facets of a staffing business, including talent acquisition, workflow management, and client relationships.
– Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving great results.
– Ambitious and driven, with a track record of exceptional personal and team achievements.
– Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
