Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Oversee and optimize all aspects of our physical product distribution, including supply chain management and logistics.
Project Management:

Lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution of strategic projects.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Financial Oversight:

Take responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
Collaborate with the finance team to manage financial reporting and analysis.
E-commerce Expertise:

Leverage your experience with Shopify and Amazon to optimize our online sales channels.
Drive eCommerce growth strategies, including product listings, digital marketing, and customer experience enhancements.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity in the eCommerce space.
Team Leadership and Development:

Build and lead high-performing teams within the organization.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on project management and budget management.
Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive financial strategies.
Experience in physical product distribution and supply chain management.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify and Amazon.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving operational excellence.
