About Us:

We are a rapidly growing custom jewelry brand, specializing in personalized pieces such as engraved rings, necklaces, and bracelets. Our products cater primarily to women aged 25 to 60. We’re currently active in 4 cournties, last year, we achieved a remarkable growth rate of 130%, and we aim to double that this year. As we expand, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced COO to help us reach new heights.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer (COO) to manage and oversee our daily operations, ensuring our team performs at its best and our customers remain satisfied. The COO will play a critical role in building our brand identity, managing the team, expanding our product line, and improving our overall conversion rates. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
– Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage customer success initiatives.
– Build and strengthen brand identity through effective social media and marketing strategies.
– Delegate tasks and manage a content creation team.
– Introduce and integrate new products into our catalog.
– Improve conversion rates and overall marketing efficiency.
– Ensure accurate financial reporting and statements.
– Lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of proactive thinking and excellent communication.
– Expand our presence across various sales channels.
– Setting up sales campaigns
– Design systems and SOP’s to further streamline the workflow in the team

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in e-commerce and direct response marketing.
– Exceptional leadership and proactive thinking skills.
– Excellent communication skills, with perfect English proficiency.
– Proficiency in working with AI and ChatGPT.
– Strong knowledge of Excel and financial reporting.
– Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks and manage team output.
– Experience in improving customer satisfaction and conversion rates.

1 Financial Reporter

Growth Plans:

Our goal is to double our revenue this year by adding more products and increasing our activity across multiple sales channels. The COO will be instrumental in achieving these objectives.

Process:

Initially, you will receive comprehensive training to understand our brand, resources, and operations. Once trained, you will have significant autonomy to make decisions and drive the business forward, with the ultimate goal of fully outsourcing operations to you. We will have regular meetings weekly or bi-weekly to discuss progress and strategies.
