As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who shares our vision and dedication to excellence.

The Role:
As COO, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, building and managing systems, enhancing our financial framework, and leading our team towards achieving strategic objectives. This is a pivotal role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement efficient systems for operations and team management.
– Oversee the management of e-commerce platforms and European marketplaces.
– Manage and optimize KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
– Lead the finance department in creating dashboards, managing finances, forecasting, and preparing investor documents for raising loans.
– Spearhead the hiring process to build a highly effective team.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.

Requirements:
– Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills. Applicants with non-fluent English will not be considered.
– Highly intelligent, smart, and a quick learner.
– Proven experience in e-commerce or familiarity with the European marketplace is essential.
– Proficient in building operational systems and managing projects.
– Skilled in using Google Sheets and managing KPIs.
– Experience in hiring and managing teams.
– Expertise in finance, including building dashboards, managing finances, forecasting, and creating investor documents.
– Ability to commit to a long-term role (2-5 years).
