Chief Operating Officer (Work-from-Home)

We are seeking a highly motivated Chief Operating Officer for a real estate company, who is an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee and optimize operational functions, drive growth, and ensure the highest level of service for the company’s clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to all operational departments, including sales, marketing, property management, and administration.
Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure the company’s financial health and profitability.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing operational team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure that the clients receive the highest level of service, maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation in the industry.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plans and initiatives.
Compliance: Stay current with industry regulations and ensure that the company operates in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the company’s assets and reputation.
Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to the CEO on operational performance and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of at least 3 years of senior leadership experience.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree
Strong financial awareness and experience managing budgets and financial forecasting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and change.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

Other details of the job:
You MUST be residing in the Philippines and available during regular U.S. business hours. This is not a job that can be partnered with your other full-time job.
