Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape and execute the strategic vision for AgentHUB 360, aligning operations with our mission and goals.
2. Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and adherence to our unique systems and support ecosystem.
3. Departmental Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the following key departments, ensuring their effective operation and alignment with company objectives:
– Human Resources (HR): Streamline HR processes, talent acquisition, and talent development to support our growing team.
– Accounting: Manage financial operations, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.
– Call Center: Oversee the call center operations to ensure exceptional customer service and support.
– Client Support Desk: Lead the client support desk to deliver timely and effective support to our clients.
4. Develop KPIs: Work with departmental heads to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
5. Coaching and Development: Be responsible for coaching and developing the leadership of each department, fostering their growth and enhancing their capabilities.
6. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
