Chief Technical Officer / Lead Developer

We are seeking a CTO or Lead Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead the technical development of our new cloud-based SAAS project. The ideal candidate must be an experienced technology leader with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
– Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project management role
– Highly knowledgeable in data analytics and structured and unstructured data management
– Experience with Click to view and PHP/Click to view for frontend and backend development, respectively
– Experience with AWS and/or Azure for database solutions
– Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute the technical vision for the project
– Lead the development of the frontend and backend of the platform
– Work closely with the product team to ensure the platform meets the business requirements
– Hire and manage a team of software developers, data engineers, and other technical professionals
– Implement best practices for software development and project management
– Use data analytics to drive key business decisions and optimize the platform’s performance
