Key Responsibilities:
Patient Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule patient appointments to maximize clinic efficiency.
Auditing Patient Charts: Ensure all patient records are accurate and up-to-date.
Insurance Verification: Verify insurance details and ensure compliance with clinic policies.
Personal Injury Case Management: Collaborate with attorneys on personal injury cases and Letters of Protection (LOPs).
Team Management: Coordinate and manage team members’ schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
Payroll Management: Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
Human Resources: Oversee HR duties including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Staff Training: Develop and conduct training programs to enhance staff skills and clinic operations.
Process Improvement: Build and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve patient care.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a chiropractic care setting.
Prognocis EHR: Proficient in using Prognocis EHR system.
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Filipino.
Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
