Position Summary:
As a Claim Engineer, you are the heartbeat of TumbleReed. This role is pivotal in producing the work product our company is renowned for. It’s a role that brings new challenges every day, perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic environment. Your core responsibility will be to ensure precise and efficient insurance claims processing. This involves managing details, creating accurate cost estimates, and working seamlessly with adjusters and clients. With a work hard, play hard mindset, this position offers flexibility and variety, especially during certain times of the year.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop accurate cost estimates for insurance claims using adjuster-provided photos and scope sheets.
– Manage the submission of required documents and address errors during claims processing.
– Collaborate closely with adjusters, ensuring the highest standards in claims handling.
– Maintain effective communication with desk adjusters and clients, fostering a team-oriented approach to success.

Education:
– Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience:
– We welcome candidates from engineering, architecture, and tech backgrounds. However, we firmly believe that talent and potential are not always encapsulated by traditional educational paths or industry experience.
