Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our growing cleaning company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including customer support, lead generation, scheduling, email management, content creation, social media management, operations support, and administrative support. This position requires proficiency in using our CRM system, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and excellent English communication skills. Experience with B2B, Mailchimp, and Google Ads is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

-Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
-Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
-Manage and update customer accounts in the CRM.

Lead Generation:

-Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
-Follow up on leads and set up appointments for sales representatives.
-Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.

Scheduling:

-Coordinate and schedule cleaning appointments.
-Manage the calendar for cleaning staff and ensure optimal scheduling efficiency.
-Confirm appointments with clients and handle any rescheduling requests.

Email Management:

-Monitor and manage the company’s email accounts.
-Draft, send, and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
-Organize and archive emails for easy retrieval.

Content Creation:

-Create engaging content for the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms.
-Design promotional materials and advertisements.
-Ensure content aligns with the company’s brand and marketing strategy.

Social Media Management:

-Develop and implement social media strategies.
-Manage and update the company’s social media profiles.
-Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.

Operations Support:

-Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
-Maintain accurate records and files.
-Provide support for special projects as needed.

Administrative Support:

-Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
-Assist with HR tasks including onboarding and training of new staff.
-Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

-Proficiency in using CRM systems.
-Reliable high-speed internet connection.
-Excellent written and spoken English skills.
-Experience with B2B, Mailchimp, and Google Ads is a plus.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role preferred
