Job Summary:
Haven Vacation Rentals is seeking a Remote Cleaning Coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for coordinating with our Cleaning Manager, cleaning vendors, and guests messaging team to ensure that our properties are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate scheduling requests from property owners, guests, and Haven team to cleaning vendors
– Communicate (by phone and Slack) cleaning issues raised by property owners, guests, and Haven team to cleaning vendors
– Work within the Breezeway operating system to ensure daily cleaning tasks are being completed and documented correctly
– Create maintenance tasks within the Breezeway operating system that are reported from our cleaning vendors
– Coordinate with the Haven Onboarding team for setting up correct linen plan and initial cleans for newly onboarded properties
– Coordinate with cleaners when properties are off-boarded and ensure off-boarded steps are followed and scheduled correctly
– Assist in documenting and continued development of Haven cleaning processes
– Pull weekly cleaning performance to assist Haven Cleaning manager for vendor meetings

Requirements:
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
– High-speed Internet access and reliable computer
– No Airbnb or property management experience is necessary, but you must be fluent in written and spoken English. This will be one of the most important requirements for this position. (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF NOT FLUENT IN WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH)

You can expect to be working EST hours and we need you to be flexible on your availability. The shift we are currently looking to fill is from 8 am EST to 5 pm EST Monday-Friday.

Starting salary will be $700/month and will increase based on performance.
