Role will start at 15 hours/week and quickly grow to 30-35 hours/week over the next 3-4 months for the right person.
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
– CEO liberated from executing 90% of administrative tasks
– ClickUp workspace operates seamlessly, enabling team members to access resources efficiently.
– Files are organized, clients are onboarded smoothly, team is supported
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
– Keep files organized
– Help to keep project budgets in check by using our spreadsheet and time-tracking ClickUp dashboard
– Assist with onboarding and offboarding clients and new team members.
Operations/Workflow Assistance:
– Collaborate with project managers to streamline project workflows.
– Contribute to and maintain SOP database.
– Maintain a well-organized digital filing system for design assets, reference materials, and client files.
– Act as the ClickUp Champion to ensure smooth operation of the platform.
Marketing/Sales Support:
– Schedule sales emails in and eventually draft them using our template
– Proofread all content (blogs, social posts, newsletters, etc.)
– Coordinate with external marketing partners such as designers and writers
– Schedule blogs on Webflow
– Make basic image/copy updates on Webflow
– RFP lead generation following set process
