Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ClickUp and Integrations Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to set up and optimize our project management system, integrating various tools and ensuring seamless workflows. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using ClickUp and integrating it with Slack, Airtable, Google Drive, Everhour, and various ad managers (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

You will be responsible for setting up and organizing our ClickUp workspace, including spaces, folders, lists, and tasks. Customizing ClickUp with appropriate themes, colors, and layouts for a visually pleasing and efficient interface is essential. Additionally, you will create comprehensive dashboards in ClickUp to track task statuses, project progress, upcoming deadlines, time tracking, financial metrics, and task lists.

Integrating ClickUp with Slack to ensure smooth communication and task updates within Slack channels is a crucial part of the role. You will also integrate Airtable with ClickUp, focusing on new client info forms and financial performance tracking. Setting up and automating workflows between ClickUp and various ads managers (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).

Managing Google Drive integration with ClickUp for seamless file management and attachment within tasks is another key responsibility. You will also integrate Everhour with ClickUp for accurate time tracking and payroll management. Ensuring all integrations are functioning correctly and providing training and support to team members on using these tools effectively will be critical.

You must have experience in setting up and managing ClickUp for project management. Strong knowledge of integrating ClickUp with Slack, Airtable, Google Drive, Everhour, and various ads managers is required. Proficiency in using automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows is essential. You should possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines, and strong communication skills to train and support team members. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency, is a plus.
