Position Overview
As a ClickUp Expert Consultant, you will be instrumental in optimising our project management workflows and processes using ClickUp. You will work closely with our project teams to understand their needs and challenges, customise ClickUp to align with our unique requirements, and provide expert guidance and support to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with our project managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to evaluate our current project management workflows and identify areas for improvement.
– Design and implement customised ClickUp solutions tailored to the specific needs of ecommerce projects, including creating project templates, task lists, custom fields, and automation rules.
– Train project teams on how to effectively use ClickUp to streamline communication, track progress, and manage tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
– Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to project teams to address any issues or questions related to ClickUp.
– Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ClickUp in improving project management processes and identify opportunities for further optimization.
– Stay updated on the latest features and updates released by ClickUp and assess their potential impact on our workflows and processes.
– Act as a subject matter expert on ClickUp, offering best practices, tips, and recommendations to project teams to maximise their usage of the platform.
Requirements & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
– Proven experience as a ClickUp Expert Consultant or similar role, with a strong background in project management and experience working in the ecommerce industry. (required)
– In-depth knowledge of ClickUp’s features, functionalities, and customization options, with a focus on how it can be tailored to ecommerce projects. (required)
– Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into actionable ClickUp solutions.
– Strong project management skills and understanding of ecommerce workflows and processes.
– Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
– ClickUp verification or certifications are a plus.
– Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce is a plus
– Familiarity with other project management tools and systems used in the ecommerce industry is a plus
