ClickUp/GHL Strategist

We are looking to bring on a ClickUp/GHL Strategist to be an integral part of our team. Process to Profit is an Operations Consulting company specializing in helping founders transform their businesses into self-sufficient machines. Our core pillars are time, team, and systems. We offer both DWY Consulting and DFY Services, empowering our clients in all aspects of operations, with the end goal to remove them from their business in order to scale & enjoy every moment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We’re searching for a ClickUp/GHL Strategist who can streamline our internal systems and integrations, specifically focusing on ClickUp and GoHighLevel (GHL). This role involves optimizing our operations and assisting clients with the same tasks, as a vital bridge between technical solutions and business growth.

POSITION DETAILS:
– This is a remote position that offers long-term growth potential within our company. Initially, it will be a part-time role (15-20 hours per week) with the opportunity to advance rapidly into full-time.
– Availability required: Monday to Friday, Eastern Time Zone. (Note – you can make your own hours, but we will need a 2-4 hours/day of overlap in the Eastern Time Zone)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Systems Optimization: Assume ownership of our Tech/Integration space, crafting a strategic plan for enhancing our software systems and integrations using tools like ClickUp, Zapier, Miro, GHL, and more.
– Client-Focused Implementations: Extend your expertise to our clients, assisting them in overhauling their software systems to boost efficiency and better serve their business needs. This includes creating templates, mapping process, and strategizing how their backend systems can best work together.
– Hands-on Execution: Your role won’t stop at planning. You’ll be actively implementing your strategies, setting up client ClickUp and GHL systems, configuring integrations, and offering ongoing support.
– Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with both the team and clients, displaying confidence in working directly with the CEO and joining support calls when required.
– Innovation and Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with emerging technologies, including AI, and leveraging new tools to construct smarter software systems. Continually expand your knowledge and proficiency in relevant technologies and platforms.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
– Previous experience & obsession with streamlining software systems and integrations.
– Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and keep projects on track.
– Proficiency in ClickUp, Zapier, Miro, GHL, and other relevant tools.
– Comfortable pushing back on the leadership team and expressing opinions constructively.
