Title: Full-Time Behind-The-Scenes Expert for GoHighLevel and ClickUp

Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)

Shift: Graveyard (7 AM – 4 PM PST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced expert in GoHighLevel and ClickUp to join our team. As a behind-the-scenes expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our GoHighLevel and ClickUp platforms to improve our overall efficiency and productivity. This is a full-time position that requires working the graveyard shift, with the ability to remain on a Zoom conference call during the shift with the camera on to collaborate with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our GoHighLevel and ClickUp platforms to improve workflow and increase productivity.
Collaborate with team members on a daily basis via Zoom conference calls to discuss project progress, share ideas, and solve issues.
Create and maintain documentation for all processes and workflows within the GoHighLevel and ClickUp platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise within the platforms and provide timely solutions.
Train and support team members in using GoHighLevel and ClickUp effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with GoHighLevel and ClickUp.
Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must be able to work the graveyard shift (7 AM – 4 PM PST) and remain on a Zoom conference call with the camera on during the shift.
