As a Virtual Assistant you are expected to help clients run their business efficiently. We are seeking a talented and experienced Shopify developer to join our ecommerce agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing design optimizations from Figma into Shopify and working to improve conversion rates.

Following AEST timezone, Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
Here are some examples of your expected workload and objectives:
Provide excellent customer service to our clients by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to their Shopify stores
Perform design tasks such as editing images, creating banners, and updating layouts to enhance store appearance and functionality
Conduct administrative tasks such as updating product descriptions, creating collections, managing inventory, and setting up shipping rates
Integrate third-party applications, plugins, and payment gateways to ensure seamless operation of Shopify stores
Keep up to date with the latest Shopify updates and industry trends to optimize store performance
Generate reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user experience and sales performance of the Shopify stores
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have the following hard and soft skills:
Strong knowledge of the Shopify platform, including design, administration, and integration tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with third-party applications and plugins such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Klaviyo, and others
Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Shopify stores
Knowledge of Clickup is preferred
Must have a reliable internet connection and computer equipment to work remotely
Availability to work approximately 5-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
Tech Stack: Klaviyo, Facebook Pixel, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Workspace, ClickUp
Salary and Schedule Details
$7/hour
Willing to work for 5 to 20 hours a week
Monday to Friday – Partially sync with client’s hours
Commencement of Employment
You will be pooled and matched to a client based on agreed preferences set by the client and the new hire
