Job Overview:
As a Client Account Manager, you are responsible for coordinating communication and deliverables for clients with our internal team and business partners. You will be the primary point of contact in phone calls, video calls, and e-mails with customers.
Example Tasks:
• Work with internal team and external B2B teams for website and content creation & management
• Client communication, both written and via video calls
• Quality Assurance of websites, e-mails, etc. and anything client-related

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: We offer a competitive base salary range of $1732 – $2078 per month, with the opportunity for performance bonuses and regular raises for exceptional performers. We believe in rewarding our top performers and offer a clear path for advancement within the company.

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift with 1-hour lunch, Monday to Friday, 9AM – 6PM Eastern Standard Time (New York) schedule mandatory
• Availability for urgent matters outside of normal business as needed (rare)
Work Location: Remote, Work-From-Home. High internet speed and high computer processing speed is mandatory.
